  • Filmed in the Lapland mosquito hell. The mosquito bites on Tarja are painfully obvious despite the make-up and digital touch-ups. 😬

Over The Hills And Far Away (2001)

• "Over the Hills and Far Away" (2001, director Pasi Takula)
  • Not to criticize Sami Käyhkö's work, but this is the first professional-looking Nightwish video and it's aging well.

  • This video sponsored by their German label turned out so really really awful that the band refused to use it, so there was no official release except for the Nuclear Blast website.

Dark Passion Play (2007)

• "While Your Lips Are Still Red" (2007, director Markku Pölönen)
  • Composed for the soundtrack of the movie "Lieksa!", also directed by Markku Pölönen. The video features scenes from the movie including actors Samuli Vauramo and Jenni Banerjee. From the band only Marko and Tuomas are seen in the video.
