  1. Yeah I should warn you, there will be questions ahead, that might be a little bit easier for Finnish speaking people than others. But if you guys want, I can sort those questions out! Finnish names can be quite tricky. And I have more list questions coming up! 😎
  2. Hey Fugazi! That was pretty good! I'll give you 7,5/10! Yeah I am a lucky little bastard 😈😄 I work at the local record store part time so I got my little hands on it before anyone else could. 🤘
  3. I got this idea of making some sort of Nightwish quiz/trivia about a year ago, when I wanted to remember some things better about Nightwish. Also it was fun way to spend some time with my friends, and today I'll share it with you guys! I'll post ten questions at a time, and tomorrow I'll post the answers. Next week I'll post next ten questions and so on, you get it right? 😄 So let's start! NO PEEKING! Oh and by the way, the one who gets most answers right, will won the rare copy of Angels Fall First, which was limited edition with 500 copies back in the day. Wait no, there's no way I'm giving my copy of that rarity away. PSYCH! 😂 So I'm sorry, this is just for fun, I have no rewards to give. 1. Name three undercover names for Nightwish. (Meaning which names they had when they played those traditional gigs in small venues to practise the setlist live) (1) 2. Who's Nevski Nevanovits? (2) 3. What is Tarja's whole name? (3) 4. What was Nightwish's first single? (I know, easy-peasy) (4) 5. Nightwish tried out at the Eurovision Song Contest in Finland in 2000, but what was the song? (5) 6. When is Tuomas's birthday? (6) 7. Name three songs covered by Nightwish. (7) 8. Which album cost 500 000€ to make? (8) 9. Who has been the artist behind Nightwish's albums' cover art since 2005? (9) 10. Who sang man's vocals in Angels Fall First's remake? (10) You can post your answers below 👇 Please, let me know what you guys think about this! If you like, I'll continue doing this trivia - thingy 🙂 I have over 200 questions yet to come if you are interested!
  4. Ok! I don't have any multiple questions, so it'll be a little bit trickier. 😄 l'll post first questions soon!
  5. Hey! I have a copy of that awesome hard-cover book. It has a foreword by Tuomas, nothing more written stuff.
  6. Ok this is getting a bit weird but in a really funny way since we share the same birthday and all that other stuff I mentioned before! 😁 What kind of poll are we talking about? 🤔 I'm still getting used to this, I've never been a member of a fan forum before so everything is new to me. 😀
  7. Haha yeah that's very true!! After I heard all the studio albums, I found them even better than OTHAFA cover. I was totally hooked and looped Wishmaster and Century Child after that. And other really funny coincidence is that this site was set up on my birthday a year ago. I took that as a sign that I should definitely join you guys! 😁 I have tickets to their upcoming shows in Kuopiorock festival, Kaisaniemi and Tampere. Fingers crossed that those concerts are held. After this freaking pandemic is over, let's all go to Kitee and visit Nightwish museum! 🤩 Off the topic, I have created this little Nightwish trivia/quiz, would it be ok/would you guys like if i posted a few (or more) of those questions somewhere here? 😀 P.S. Sorry for my slightly rusty English grammar, I haven't been using English like this in a while. 😅
  8. Hi there fellow Nightwishers! I'm Sanna, 27 years old Finn. It was summer 2001 when I first heard Nightwish's cover of Over The Hills And Far Away. A 7-year-old little me wondered 'what is this opera-rock', as I called it back then. I didn't know what band it was, and it really bothered me. Some time later my four years older friend played Over The Hills And Far Away by Nightwish to me. I instantly asked which band it was since the music was so awesome. Soon we listened through all their albums together. I managed to get the first four albums, and didn't listen much other music than Nightwish back then. It was the same time when I noticed Jukka Nevalainen's playing looked really awesome, so I started playing drums. Nightwish was my introduction to metal music and to dozens of other great bands. I even started to learn (a little bit of) Dutch, because I would love to be able to speak with Floor in her native language some day when I'll meet her. Now, 20 years later I'm still hard core Nightwish fan. I would like to travel some day around Europe or maybe even around the World to see Nightwish live. If you would like to see Nightwish in Finland, and got no company, please hit me up. NOW. It would be awesome to find new people from here to go see Nightwish with.
