1. Yeah, it leaked from Russia somehow and they had to advance the publishing date. 

10. It was seen in some picture in Suosikki -magazine years ago! Suosikki was a Finnish music magazine for youth back in the days. I don't remember if this picture is also in the Once Upon A Nightwish book's Finnish version.
