Nightwish return to Stockholm, Sweden on June 3 this year! Must be a way of making up for the cancelled Atlas Rock festival performance. Either way, this is good news.

Found out from a talk with a Discord user on one of the Nightwish groups that the Atlas Rock show has been cancelled.

Turns out that Nightwish were performing twice on the cruise on the 31st and the 2nd. The band has set sail today on the metal cruise, and from what I've gathered, they are set to perform on the 31st, end of the month on board.

Shows in Japan, Philippines and Taiwan have been rescheduled, with a new addition for Nightwish. They will be performing at Loud Park again!

It sort of is. Dianne used to be a member of Xandria after all. 😛 Excellent to hear that she is working on her own material, and I look forward to hearing what she has to offer in her solo career. I had the opportunity of meeting her twice when she was with Xandria.

New single, "One More Flag in the Ground", now is out as of yesterday with a music video. In a topic on Discord, someone stated that Kobra Paige contributed backing vocals for this one, but I have not been able to find any sources confirming this as the album hasn't come out yet because the booklet would state who contributed.

I can hear a bit of Marko in that, but from what I've heard so far, the only guest confirmed for the new album so far is Tina Guo, a cello player. But if he does appear, I'm going to be very happy.

A new teaser for the upcoming album. The title and its tracklist has been leaked, but I like how they blur out the title and the special guests. I have heard a rumor however, that Simone Simons will have a guest appearance on the album. Is it true? 🤔 I hope so, because the last time she was on a Kamelot album with Poetry for the Poisoned.
